Cancel or change your plan
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard, and know exactly when each change takes effect.

Cancel your subscription
- Step 1: Open your dashboard and select Billing.
- Step 2: Select Manage subscription, then Cancel plan.
- Step 3: Confirm. We'll email you a confirmation straight away.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep full access until then. After that, your account moves to Free. Your scan history and reports stay where they are, but unused credits from the paid plan don't carry over.
Upgrade
Upgrades apply immediately. We credit the unused part of your current plan against the new one, and the new plan's monthly credits are added straight away.
Downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If the lower plan doesn't include a feature you've been using, such as plagiarism checks or batch upload, you keep it until then.
