Roasting slower, on purpose

No sentences read as AI. One sentence marked mixed.

Our first roaster lived in a garage with a leaky roof and a radio stuck on the farm report. We still roast in small batches, mostly because the beans tell us when they're ready. Every bag is roasted to order and shipped within two days.

Get ahead of the AI question

A false flag can cost you a client. A report you control puts the evidence on your side before anyone asks.

  • “A client's detector flagged my article, and I wrote every word.”

Proof that arrives with the draft

Scan before delivery and send the report with your work. Clients see the score, the scan date and the sentence-level breakdown.

  • “I use a grammar tool. Will that read as AI?”

    Know exactly where you stand

See which sentences read as machine-written, including ones flattened by heavy editing tools, and rework them in your own voice.

  • “Proving my process takes longer than the writing.”

One link, then on to the next brief

Every report has a private share link. Paste it into your delivery email or invoice and you're done.

From draft to delivered, with proof attached

Nothing about how you write needs to change. Winston AI fits in at the end.

  1. Step 1: Write the way you always do

Draft in Google Docs, Word or wherever you work best.

    Any editor, any format

  2. Step 2: Scan before you send

Paste your text or use the Docs add-on to see your human score and any sentences worth a second look.

    Results in seconds

  3. Step 3: Revise what reads as AI

Rework flagged sentences in your natural voice and re-scan. Every version is saved to your history.

    Full version history

  4. Step 4: Share the verified report

Send clients a read-only link with your score, word count and scan date.

Revoke the link at any time

Questions from writers

Something else on your mind? Visit the help center or ask our team.

What if Winston AI flags something I wrote myself?

Look at which sentences were flagged. Very formal or formulaic phrasing can read as machine-like. Your drafts and report history show your process if a client has questions.

Can clients see my whole document?

Only if you choose. A report can show the full text with highlights, or just the score, word count and scan date.

Will a grammar or spelling tool make my writing look like AI?

Light corrections rarely change the result. Heavy rewriting tools can, which is why Winston AI shows results sentence by sentence rather than as a single number.

Is my writing stored or used for training?

Your text is never used to train our models. You can delete any scan or report, and its share link stops working as soon as you do.
