# Share a report or download it as a PDF

> Send a read-only link to a scan, control what it shows, and export a PDF for your records.

Shareable links and PDF export are included on the Essential, Advanced and Team plans.

## Share a link

1. Open the scan from your history and select **Share**.
2. Choose who can open it: **Anyone with the link**, or **People in my workspace** on Team plans.
3. Copy the link and send it. Recipients see a read-only report and don't need an account.

## Control what people see

Turn on **Hide scores in shared reports** in **Settings** to share the highlighted text without the overall number. That's useful when you want feedback to focus on specific passages rather than a single score.

## Stop sharing

Select **Share** again and choose **Turn off link**. The old link stops working straight away. Deleting a scan also disables any links to it.

## Download a PDF

Select **Download PDF** on any report. The PDF includes the score, sentence highlights, scan date and a short guide to reading results, so it makes sense to someone who has never used Winston AI.
