# Set up a team workspace

> Invite colleagues, choose their roles and share one pool of credits on the Team plan.

The Team plan includes 5 seats and one shared credit balance. Everyone works in the same workspace, so scans and reports are easy to hand over.

## Invite people

1. Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar and select **Members**.
2. Select **Invite** and enter one or more email addresses.
3. Choose a role for each person and send. Invites expire after 7 days.

## Roles

Workspace roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. Each workspace has one owner. |
| Admin | Invite and remove members, change roles, set credit limits and see everyone's scans. |
| Member | Run scans, see their own history, and open reports shared with them. |

## Pooled credits

Every scan draws from the same balance. Admins can set a monthly limit per member, so one large batch doesn't use up the whole pool, and see usage by person on the **Billing** page.
